Biography
Ljupka is advising both domestic and international clients on all aspects of local corporate and commercial law, M&A, banking and finance, healthcare, labour and intellectual property matters. She frequently assists major financial institutions in their banking and finance operations and represents many multinationals in competition matters in the market. She has significant experience in leading complex financing transactions for both lenders and the borrowers in a broad range of sectors, with particular expertise in real estate and acquisition financing, as well as project finance. She has been advising on financings, as well as implementation of major infrastructure projects of state importance.
