Biography

Jane has extensive experience in advising clients on all aspects of general business law, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing legal support to their management and governance bodies. His work also focuses on counselling in the areas of energy and mining, competition, labour law, banking and finance. He has acted as a lead counsel in large-scale M&A transactions, including transactions from regulated industries. He has experience in the representation of clients in trade disputes before local courts and international arbitration tribunals.
